ROLE: To assist members with their financial transactions, involving paying, receiving and authentication of cash and other negotiable instruments, provide complex information and resolutions pertinent to the support of select Credit Union products and services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives, processes, and authenticates member financial transactions, including but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card cash advances, account transfers, bond cashing, wires and western unions sells gift cards and Credit Union share checks.
- Accurately posts, images, and records listed transactions while properly routing, and maintaining required member records.
- Welcomes members and provides complex information, support, dispute resolution and service pertinent to select Credit Union products or services.
- Cross sells Credit Union products and services.
- Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including but not limited to: typing, filing, computer input, equipment maintenance, and answering the telephone.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE: One year to three years of similar or related experience.

Our Quick Balance feature allows you to quickly access your account balance without having to log in to the Mobile App. Once enabled your account balances are displayed on the Quick Balance page which is revealed by swiping down on the apps login screen. All In Credit Union donated $15,434 to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation after a company-wide fundraising campaign in April and May. In addition to the generosity of All In employees and members who raised $8,434, All In Credit Union also donated $7,000 to the Foundation.
All In Credit Union sponsors the CFF Great Strides Walks in Dothan and Mobile each year. For more than a decade, All In Credit Union has donated more than $200,000 to CFF. More than 70,000 people worldwide have this incurable disease, with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation leading the search for a cure. Additionally, the Foundation has developed several care facilities that help those with Cystic Fibrosis receive proper care and treatment. By donating to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, All In Credit Union allows the Foundation to continue its hard work and research in a meaningful way.
All In Credit Union Surpasses United Way Giving
All In Credit Union has been a consistent supporter and participant of the United Way campaign for over a decade. After exceeding the original Giving Goal by more than $10,000, All In set the bar even higher at $31,000 during the next Giving Campaign. All In employees surpassed that goal, yet again, with a total of $39,371.64.
All In Credit Union was recently recognized as one of the Top 16 Companies at the Wiregrass United Way Annual Meeting based on totals for the 2021-2022 campaign year. United Way is committed to improving lives by caring for others and advancing the common good. They prioritize offering access to education, teaching financial stability and improving the quality of healthcare in the communities they serve.
