Management is horrible, lots of favoritism. Customers are very rude, and have their favorite tellers. Managers lack professionalism which you can notice on the employees. They work in cliques and dont make you feel like they fit in, managers are too friendly and dont care about your complaints or you as an employee.
Managment really needs to be looked at. The branch managers tend to lack professionalism. Staffing has an extremely high turn over. The corporate office is great
I learned a lot at Arizona Central Credit Union. I was very limited in my lending skills, but the manager and other loan officer took me under their wings and got me up to speed quickly.
Great people. Great Culture. ACCU is a great place to find work, life balance while helping others. The mission statement and leadership is in line and members and customers are happy.
