CU*Answers Web Services recently announced that Cumberland County FCU has launched a new website. The site has a number of features that make it great for credit union members. The header includes a login to Its Me 247 Online Banking making it easy for members to get into the online banking system. The site also features large rotating banners, featured links, and several featured content areas that currently focus on holidays, who can join the credit union, and information about the credit union.

Before the court in this foreclosure action is Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Besides the usual facts that the court considers in a foreclosure summary judgment, the Plaintiff also seeks reformation of the mortgage deed. Because the court finds that there are genuine issues of material fact in dispute both whether the deed should be reformed and whether the mortgagor actually signed the deed, the motion for summary judgment is denied.
Alan Swanson borrowed $85,000 from Plaintiff Cumberland County Federal Credit Union . CCFCU contends Samantha Phillippe-Swanson executed a mortgage deed conveying a mortgage to CCFCU to secure Alan’s note. As written, however, the deed secures a loan to the signor of the mortgage deed, namely Samantha. Samantha did not borrow from CCFCU or sign any loan agreement.
Samantha later passed away. Phillip Swanson , Samantha’s son and one of the personal representatives of her estate, now lives in the real property. Phillip provided evidence that Samantha was estranged from Alan, was ill, and would not have knowingly conveyed a mortgage deed encumbering her property to secure Alan’s loan.
The court will grant summary judgment pursuant to M.R.Civ.P. 56 if:

Cumberland County Federal Credit Union Yarmouth
CHA designed a new free-standing branch in compliance with Yarmouths recently enacted form-based code. This code proscribes the relationship between the building and the street, the massing, the number of windows and incorporates a lot of smart growth principles into the new development standards.
CHA worked with the town and the design team to strike a balance for the needs of the client and create a pleasant distinctive branch that is well positioned on the site. The building mass acts as a natural billboard for the credit union. The interior design materials and details incorporated a fresh new interpretation of the color palette used in some of the other branches.
The first floor features a banking hall, cash room, teller line, 4 offices, large conference room and support facilities. The second floor contains support space and an employee breakroom.

Worst Application Ive Ever Used
This app was made by a blind child. It is so clunky and so freaking ugly, in every which way. It has quit out on me during transfers, confusing layout, and even displayed wrong information. Latter bit is truly concerning considering its a banking app. Unbelievable like the new and modern CCFCU website, which looks like it was made by IBM back in the 1980s to serve peoplekind 10,000 years ago, when we were still discovering fire. Yes, dramatic but thats the degree of incompetence here. Theres a lot of people leaving jobs right now I implore the UI/UX people at CCFCU to quit and go work at McDonalds or something.

Who We Are
Members 1st of NJ Federal Credit Union was formed in 1938 as the Cumberland Teachers Federal Credit Union. Our founders saw the need for a not-for-profit and democratically operated cooperative that would provide lower cost financial services, as well as represent the best financial interests of its members.
Over the years, our Credit Union continued to grow, adding the employees of the Cumberland County School Districts and the City of Vineland. Because our Cumberland County Credit Union now served 45 other groups, as well as local school districts, we changed our name to CUMCO Federal Credit Union.
In 2009, we merged with Salem County School Employees FCU. They served the employees of the Salem County Boards of Education and several private schools. Once again, because of our expanded membership, we changed our name to Members 1st of New Jersey Federal Credit Union. Today we serve over 8,000 members from 100 select employer groups, with assets exceeding $60,000,000.
