St Tech Is Great But Some Of The Recent Changes Have Me Puzzled
I have banked with Firs Tech since about 1993.I have had great experiences with mortgages with them. I also like their online banking and the call center staff are very helpful.Im less thrilled with the new branch set up I experienced last week. The receptionist was not friendly or welcoming and wanted to argue about how the branch experience used to be. The lobby was cold and sterile not welcoming. The banker who assisted me was great. I wish all the changes had been explained in emails to me before I walked into the branch.

Started work at HP 1978. Join the credit Union 1979. Retired 2015. Andover branch closed. I live in Massachusetts and I am happy that there is a shared bank in Pawtucket Rhode Island which is convenient for me. Hope that never goes away. When I call First Tech the service I receive exceptional.

The Relationship Banker processes routine financial transactions for members in the Branch, as well as follow up activities by phone and email. The Representative is focused on building strong relationships with new and existing members.

Job duties
- Process routine financial transactions for members quickly and accurately , in compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts
- Provide the highest quality of service to all members promptly address member concerns and/or escalate to leadership when appropriate
- Engage with members to understand needs and recommend financial solutions that best fit their goals, based on First Techs suite of product offerings
- Participate in campaigns, cross-selling and making referrals when appropriate using the online tracking and CRM systems

- Perform follow-up activities and outbound calls for new and existing members
- Partner with other business units in sales and service activities, as appropriate
