Genisys Credit Union sponsored Movie Night and the Art Fair during Shelby Week recently.
The Shelby Township Movie Night was held on Friday, August 13, 2010 at the Packard Proving Grounds. Shrek the 3rd was shown on the big screen under the stars. Genisys brought face painters to the event complete with monster and superhero designs.
The Shelby Township Art Fair was held on Saturday, August 14-15, 2010 at the Shelby Township Municipal Grounds. Artists and artisans from near and far showcased their exhibits, and musical entertainment was enjoyed by all. Genisys sponsored the Kids Corner where kids had the opportunity to make arts and crafts.
Shelby Week is a great time for the community to take advantage of all of the exciting activities Shelby Township has to offer, said Amanda Gerhardt, Shelby Township Branch Manager.
Genisys is also sponsoring several upcoming events in Shelby Township including the Fall Mom 2 Mom Sale on September 25, 2010 at the Shelby Township Community Center and the Boo Bash on October 16, 2010 at the Shelby Township Municipal Grounds.
