Join Bill McLeod, MSUFCUs Mortgage Manager, as he discusses a breakdown of what happened to the housing market, how underwriting standards affect you, and things to look for and think about when searching for a home. Plan to attend on Tuesday, June 12, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at MSU Federal Credit Unions Headquarters located at 3777 West Road in East Lansing.
Then, join Shelley Davis Mielock of Mieshel Image Consulting for an additional seminar titled Why Bother Being Nice? Co-sponsored by the MSU Womens Resource Center, this workshop will define incivility and explore ways to overcome it one person and one interaction at a time. Plan to attend on Thursday, June 14, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at MSU Federal Credit Unions Headquarters located at 3777 West Road in East Lansing.

Mortgage Part Posting Past Due
Disappointed that the app is posting my payment as past due. I pulled out mortgage documentation and I have paid matching each payment thus far early. Contacted customer service and they said I was right app is wrong they will contact the developers. I would hope development would move quicker to resolve such issues like this. Now I am showing a past due amount in the total but its not listed yet as additional owed. They are going to make additional work required if this does process through to remove that from my account. What if this posts to credit bureau? I wont be happy. The app and the online baking system should be one in the same. I was told online was correct app was wrong why that just not exercising common sense when developing. Both need to match Besides this issue the mortgage app needs to consider building to be more flexible allowing additional principal to be paid in the payment rather than a requiring two payments to be processed. I understand the payment has to be paid in full therefore not allowing the total to be adjusted but adding a row and drop down for additional principal that would than total the two lines together to process should be a simple update. Just a suggestion.

The $6.8 billion MSU Federal Credit Union said it has made a $5.5 million gift commitment that will support three arts programs at Michigan State University.
The East Lansing-based credit union said in a prepared statement that the funds will bolster the universitys new arts strategy to connect the campus and communities by integrating the arts into the educational experience, research and campus infrastructure.

This Institution is a Joke! I used their atm to deposit money in and it literally takes the click of a button after getting the count back from Brinks for them to say they found the extra money! Instead they take their time and do it when they please. The atm ate $1000 of my money. I have bills to pay and this pandemic is making everything harder. The least they could have done was expediting the process. 5 business days later and Still no money! I actually have a membership with them as well. But either way I really dont like MSUFCU they really have given me bad experiences but I already let them run my credit so I only keep the account open for that!
Oakland University Credit Union
MSUFCU began its partnership with Oakland University in the late 1950s after Alfred and Matilda Wilson donated $2 million and their 1,500-acre estate to Michigan State University to start a new college in Oakland County. MSUFCU provided financial services to the university employees at that time and continued to serve the OU community after Oakland University became its own entity.
In January 2014, MSUFCU strengthened its partnership with OU by becoming the official credit union for the university under the trade-name of Oakland University Credit Union . To enhance the OU communitys experience with the Credit Union, a branch was opened in Oakland Universitys Oakland Center to serve OU students, faculty, staff, and community members on campus and campus ATMs were converted to OU Credit Union ATMs.
