When you call no one ever knows what notes was taken, because they cant see them.

My daughter is having great difficulty getting a mortgage loan from Navy Federal. She more than qualifies but this process has taken over 4 months! Her “loan officer” does not pick up her phone or respond to her Emails. The electronic age has taken the “service” out of customer service, unfortunately. My daughter is trying to buy the product you sell….a loan…but this loan officer is acting like Navy Federal needs the business!

MGAC provided technology systems design services for Navy Federal Credit Union new 579,000 SF headquarters expansion facility and six level parking garage. Our design services included drawings and division 27 specifications for the structured cabling system consisting of the overhead cable tray pathways, telecommunication closet layouts, equipment rack elevations, workstation device locations, and reflected ceiling plans for all ceiling mounted devices to include wireless access/intrusion points. Our division 27 design efforts also include the audiovisual drawings and specifications for all meeting spaces to include small, medium, large conference rooms and training rooms as well as the distributed antenna system and land mobile radio system.

Also included within our design were the drawings and division 28 specifications for the electronic security and safety system. This design reflects all card readers, alarm points, intercoms, and camera devices as well as the emergency call boxes required throughout the parking garage and campus landscape.

The largest CU warns more automated attacks are likely because criminals have advanced scripting and algorithmic abilities.

Fraud attacks against credit unions and banks have increased substantially, and no one knows that better than Garin Danielian, assistant vice president of fraud analytics at the $151 billion Navy Federal Credit Union in Vienna, Va.

In the fall of 2020, we were hit with an attack that was unprecedented from our perspective. We had a seven-to-10-day period where we received as many as 2,000 fraudulent applications in an hour, Danielian said during a Credit Union Fraud RoundTable sponsored by SentiLink last week. We received, in that week period, an entire years worth of fraudulent applications compressed in seven days. As you can imagine, that put tremendous pressure on the detection analysts but also on everyone who was working on investigating cases and the people who then had to clean up 100,000 applications.
