New CEO actually listens to employees and is trying to bring about real change . Very friendly environment !

Pay tends to be on the lower side as to be expected for a credit union

There are a few star employees that are great to work with

Terrible management, needs major overhaul. Although there is a new CEO, hes oblivious to whats going on.

    Great place to work at

None that I can think of

-Great place to gain experience -decent benefits

-toxic culture -senior management is out of touch with staff and is not interested in correcting that -no support from HR with benefits, complaints etc-favoritism-management doesnt address poor performance so if youre a high performer be ready to pick up the slack

    – Benefits and paid time off right away- Commission pay – Probably a fine job if you can leave work at work

    – Openly racist managers that upper management consistently praises- Manager will attempt to bring you do if they do not think you will work there for life- HR gossips with other departments about people’s employment statuses- HR brushes sexual and other workplace harassment under the rug- Managers can get caught red-handed in lies with no repercussions- Sales goals have extremely unrealistic goals – Branches are so competitive other employees can sometimes be rude- Management watches cameras to spy on employees
