Please don’t use them! I lost 65 points on my credit report. They told me they sent letters. I didn’t receive anything..I asked if they could remove item if I paid,the $89 dollar’s they told me yes and it’s still on my credit report. A shame. Use UFCU, please. They’ll contact you and give you an opportunity to reach them. My account was locked and they told me I should’ve known..I told them because of covid-19 your credit union hours were limited and so was the phone line. Please remove and help or I’ll keep review up. And tell everyone on social media about you guys. Thanks also anyone else reading help post negative feedback if they impacted you by anyway or something that wasn’t right. They must pay.

We are looking for an intuitive, naturally curious, detail-oriented go-getter to work in a professional environment. This person will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing fraud and money laundering alerts, following up with customers on suspicious checks and credit or debit card activity, filing Bank Secrecy Act reports, and monitoring various watch lists.
As a BSA/Fraud Investigator, you will:
- Monitor and analyze customer activity
- Conduct investigations related to Bank Secrecy Act and potential violations or fraud activity
- Review various fraud alerts to monitor unconventional customer account behavior, contacting customers when necessary, and changing customer product access to mitigate risk
- Process Currency Transaction Reports and Suspicious Activity Reports are filed timely and accurately
- Communicate with members, team members, and law enforcement on cases
- Recognize and implement process improvement, and address knowledge gaps
