United Federal Credit Union Launches New Springdale Arkansas Branch
As originally announced in February, United Federal Credit Union has opened the doors onto a new Springdale, Arkansas Branch following acquisition of the location from Truity Credit Union there.
United retained all branch employees and is providing membership opportunity for Truitys approximately 6,000 Arkansas members, and says the addition of the South Thompson location increases the United presence in Northwest Arkansas to three branches, including its Har-Ber Meadows branch in Springdale and its Promenade branch in Rogers. United also has Arkansas branches in Fort Smith, Van Buren, and Alma.
Leading the South Thompson branch are Branch Manager Tricia Holt, Regional Development Manager Kirby Jett, Mortgage Advisor Patti Dodrill, Commercial Loan Officer Trey Jenkins, and Field Operations Coordinator Faith Schmidt.

Arkansas Branch Manager Kim Wilson Named Ambassador Of The Year By Van Buren Chamber Of Commerce

Van Buren, Arkansas United Federal Credit Unions Van Buren, Arkansas Branch Manager, Kim Wilson, has been named Ambassador of the Year by the Van Buren Chamber of Commerce.
Ambassadors play many important roles at the Chamber, including attending ribbon cutting and grand opening celebrations, setting up events, networking with others, as well as helping in the recruitment and retention of members.
I am so honored to have been chosen for this award and want to thank everyone at the Van Buren Chamber of Commerce for this incredible recognition, Wilson said. Volunteering and connecting with my community is my passion, and I truly believe that in order to make the most positive impact, I need to know what is going on, and actively find ways to help it become a better place to live and work.
The Van Buren Chamber of Commerce has served the community for more than 60 years, and actively delivers on its mission to prepare, develop, and promote the Van Buren community for economic growth.
A big part of following through on its mission is to provide Chamber members with opportunities for engagement through various committees and the Ambassadors program. These also facilitate networking and help members learn more about local needs and ways they can give back.
